Westlake Health Care Center

This place is not good. The nurse attempted to inject pain meds into our relatives kidney port. She then argued with us that this was correct and we had to demand that she not make her injection. Her medications were often delayed many hours from the time that they were to be given. This is not a place that any loved ones should be sent if you are concerned about their health.

Response: My mother was there twice and her care was actually better than the care she received at Los Robles Hospital – where they didn’t feed her. She received a lot of good rehabilitation services after her stroke and had a very nice, large room. It was clean and the staff were friendly and kind to her. She didn’t seem neglected in anyway.
