Distance Learning/Identification Fee: BCC does not charge a separate distance learning/identification fee to students.

Test Proctor Costs BCC students taking BCC courses and testing at the BCC campus: BCC does not charge its students a fee for proctoring tests associated with BCC courses.

Test Proctor Costs BCC students taking BCC courses and testing at another location.
